Cobblemon AU – Store Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing from the Cobblemon AU store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

2. About Purchases

All purchases are for virtual items and ranks on the Cobblemon AU Minecraft server. You are making a voluntary donation in exchange for in-game perks. These perks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real money.

3. Delivery

Purchases are delivered automatically to your Minecraft account. You must be online at the time of purchase for item delivery. Ranks and permissions are applied automatically and may take a few minutes. If you experience issues with delivery, contact us on Discord.

4. Ranks, Bonus Kits and Monthly Kits

Each rank includes permanent perks, a recurring monthly kit, and a one-time bonus kit.

One-time bonus kits. Your rank's bonus kit is claimed in-game by running /rankbonus on the Hub. It is granted once per rank tier, per account. It is not re-issued if a rank is later removed, expires, lapses, is refunded, or is purchased again.

Upgrading between ranks. Rank pricing is cumulative: reaching a rank by upgrading costs the same as purchasing that rank outright. Bonus kits follow the same principle meaning when you upgrade you receive the difference between your previous tier's bonus and your new tier's bonus, so the total received is the same whether a rank is reached by upgrading over time or bought directly.

Claiming. Bonus kits must be claimed in-game and are not delivered automatically. An unclaimed bonus remains available for as long as you hold the rank that grants it. It is your responsibility to claim it; we are not able to re-issue a bonus that was claimed and then lost, traded away, or dropped.

Monthly kits are separate from bonus kits. They are tied to the rank you currently hold and reset on a recurring basis. Holding a higher rank replaces the monthly kit of any lower rank rather than adding to it.

5. Subscriptions

Some ranks are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions rather than one-off purchases. Where a rank is sold as a subscription:

  • Perks remain active for as long as the subscription is current.
  • Perks are removed automatically when the subscription lapses, is cancelled, or payment fails.
  • Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the current billing period, and access continues until that period ends.
  • One-time bonus kits attached to a subscription rank are granted once and are not re-issued on renewal or on re-subscribing after a lapse.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable Australian consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us on Discord before initiating a chargeback.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the Cobblemon AU server and all associated services. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks.

8. Server Access

Purchasing a rank does not guarantee permanent access to the server. We reserve the right to ban or suspend any player for violating our server rules, regardless of purchase history. No refunds will be issued for banned accounts.

9. Modifications to Perks

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove rank perks at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Minor balance adjustments may be made without notice.

10. Server Availability

We make no guarantees regarding server uptime or availability. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or server closure does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account. We are not responsible for purchases made by unauthorised parties using your account.

12. Age Requirement

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before making a purchase.

13. Not Affiliated with Mojang

Cobblemon AU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
